Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.
All required fields in the PMS are based on legal requirements. It is unlikely that we will allow the modification of required fields, or the addition of mandatory fields that do no meet legal standards in each region in the near future.

Hello,
phone number can be now set as mandatory – you can do it in Distributor settings. How to open your distributor settings Is described in our help guide https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002246997%22.
Speaking about nationality – what kind of problem are you trying to solve? Why do you need nationality mandatory?
It is currently mandatory in Online check-in which is available for all of your guests.

An error occurred while saving the comment lucy commentedIt would be useful to have a place where you can easily see all the upcoming late check outs - the product report unfortunately doesn't show which guest booked a late check out, only how many.
It would save a lot of time if we could filter the Reservation overview report by that, for example.lucy supported this idea · -

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Hi Aldair!
In our Budapest property there are no asterisks in the customer profile, which makes it a bit tricky during check-in. In Budapest we require almost all of that information to be able to check a guest in but if something is missing the error message just states that information is missing - but not which piece of information :D
I'm talking about check-in at reception, of course, not online check-in :)
