  1. Quite often, we have guests staying who have an title as a prefix to their name (Sir, Dame, Dr,, Prof., Lady, Lord, etc) and we would like the possibility to add this as an official title to the guest profile in addition to the basic Mr. Mrs. and Ms.

    Additionally, as mentioned in another idea as well, adding Mx. or Fam. could be helpful as well.

    1. Handling of VIP's - being able to pull up a report of only Arrivals
      with certain Customer Classifications (mulitple-select-drop-down in
      reservation report with Customer Classification filter like Segments filter). Also being able to pull this via a Report like the Guest in house report.

    2. Disabled classification needs to be part of the Guests in House report
      for emergencies.

    3. Customer Classifications need to be a filtered in the Space status report for
      Housekeeping to identify special requirement rooms

  2. The summary of guest balance on the check-out page is pretty nice and allows us to see with a quick glance if the guest has something left to pay when leaving.
    It would be much better if that summary only showed the balance for the current stay and not the future stays of the guest.
    Most of our regulars have dozens of stays booked in advance and the check-out summary shows the total for all of them which is completely irrelevant during check-out.

  3. Please stop creating several profiles for already existing guests. I know that this is based on the e-mail address and that Booking.com creates a new e-mail address every time a guest makes a new reservation, but this makes it impossible to track who's a regular guest and who's coming back when.

  4. Please add the possibilty to change the view for the report to a list variant with more filter posibilities: Company, Guest, Room, A-Z etc. just like the accounting report.

    The current form of card view is too ******* the eyes and thus not work enviroment friendly. Since it is for 4 lists in 1.

  5. It would be great to have both, company name and reserving guest name displayed on the timeline, so that you could make the guest as a reserving guest (to be shown on the bill) but still see its connection on the timeline?

  6. For example if a guest, which stayed with us in the past, is booking through another website we have him as a new customer in our system.

    It would help us, if the system could create a notice f.e.: “Customer name already exists!” Then we can have a look if it’s the same customer, and we merge the profiles, or not.

  7. When keeping track of a guest's journey, the notes quite often get lost in the reservation.
    Therefore we would like an add-on to have a seperate guest journey, to log every step of their reservation and safe all important details.

    This way, we know what happened and what might be important for a next shift or for their next stay.

  8. Currently, the only notes that can be unselected from the reservation report are the "General Note" from the reservation screen. All Internal Tab Notes from the Customer profile remain visible on the report. Some notes are not meant for all departments or all staff. It would be helpful for Admin to be able to run the reports pertaining to each department without having to overshare notes from the customer's profile.

    Just the way General Note Can be unselected, notes from the Internals tab should have the same flexibility.

  9. To get a quick idea of an arriving guest, it would be very useful to see how often the guest has returned to the property.
    The current symbol of a returning guest is not enough. There is difference between guests that have returned once or guests that have returned 30 times!

    It would be very helpful to see the number of stays counting from 1 to ....
    It's also a standard information in other PMS.

  10. On the billing page there should be a note field where we could note if its e.g. a booking prepaid / expedia collect booking or if the guest pays everything on site.

  11. We have several guests who request to have the same (or similar) unit as they stayed in before. currently when looking at the guest profile, it is impossible to see what unit number they stayed in unless you open each reservation card.

    Is there a way so that this displays on the dashboard and perhaps rather than using the place cards use a one line list which displays all information in a clearer view similar to the orders view (i.e. res number / cancelled or stayed / arrival and departure date / unit type / unit number / rate code…

  12. Why is it not possibile to add a new company to a mother company while creating it? Actually we have to create a new company and afterwards open the company profile again to add a mother company. We need to add the mother company for the statistcs.

  13. We would like to have the guest title appear on the registration card.
    Since we show our guests the data on the registration card upon check-in, some guests have shown complaints that there is no title they have input upon reservation.

  15. TA contracts are connected to bookable services i.e. they are not shared like companies are. Some properties want to import TA contracts from one bookable service to another, they might work with the same partners in different areas (resort/apartments). Maybe it would be beneficial to allow properties to download and then import this information (maybe CSV format) from one bookable service to another?

  16. hiya, I am trying to assign an existing travel agent to two bookings for a different service (cots). although i can assign the agent to the unit reservations, it will not allow me to assign them to the two other bookings.
    any idea how we can change this?

  17. We often do have companies with different addresses and also subsidiaries or just partners and we can apply negotiated rates. Would it be possible to apply company vouchers/rates when making a reservation ? at present, on the first page of a new reservation only public vouchers are visible to staff. We would need company vouchers in order to speed reservation process. Later on, new company profile with new voucher will be created, but as you know, it is quite time consuming and not all staff are eligible to create/link rates and vouchers.

  18. Our big company clients have a lot of branch offices all over Europe. Actually it is not possible in Mews to find the right branch office by typing in the name of the company and the city of the branch. Why not? This should be quite easy to be solved and save a lot of time. Furthermore it would avoid creating the same branch office again and again.
