Hi Mewsers!
We have template called “Before start” which is automatically sent 48 hours before the guest’s arrival.This template is partially customizable. You can customize Subject, Headline, and Paragraph. (please see the attachment)

AnetaAn error occurred while saving the comment roland.galliker commentedNot only should it be customizable, BUT ALSO in the guest language. At present all mail (pre-, post, invoices) are sent in system language !!!! When will it be possible to have guest needs at a top priority ?

But guests, should not have to choose their language, distributor should be responsive to operating system language and if possible also in currency. -

An error occurred while saving the comment roland.galliker commentedeven worse. we noticed that if the hotel previously did give an upgrade to a better room, when extending the stay, mews reverts the old and the new reservation to the old category, thus chaning an in house guest to a completely new room the guest has never seen.
We are always very scared to extend a stay as we never know were mews will move the "new" stay to.

Very often on phone or mail you agree on a per night rate, and we all hope that guest extend their stay. It is now a nightmare to make sure guest has the same price also the extra night(s).

This is a good input. Sometimes it is difficult not only to find the total, but have to look under which name payment was made. Sometimes we upset guest asking them to pay, when another party already did make payment for the whole group
