    The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status. 


    Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time.     Yes! And additionally, merging authorizations to allow for one final charge instead of incremental charges (if upgrading or extending or adding products during stay).

    What can legally be changed on a closed bill or invoice is different for each country. If you have a specific case for your country, could you please create a new feature request for your specific country and use case?

    We’d like to collect requests per country for this idea.

    *Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
