Reservation colors on Timeline
Currently, you can distinguish reservations on Timeline by once that are checked-in or not. However, with this feature, you will have a better visual difference between departures, arrivals and more.

Recurring tasks
Tasks are very helpful to track daily responsibilities in Mews. However as many tasks are recurring, it could be helpful to eliminate that manual work and add a repeating tag to allow automatic repetition of those particular assignments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Reservation summary: rooming list improvements
As a group reservations agent I often handle requests for large group reservations of 50 + guests. Many of these request come from business, travel agents or private tour groups. I generally have a single point of contact from the time reservations are made to the final confirmation prior to arrival.
Between the booking and confirmation process I often have to make several alterations to the reservation, which can consists of anything from adding/ removing guests to moving guests to different rooms. Many of the communications I have with clients (bookers/reservation owners) are done via email where I often share…

Delay or even cancel the pop-ups on Occupancy and Availability screens
Delay or even cancel the pop-ups on Occupancy and Availability screens. They are incredibaly anoying when you are trying to look at data, and they constantly pop-up or down above, below when you hoover over your availability and occupancy screen.
Please make sure there is a small delay, i.e. when you stopt for 0,5 seconds that it pops up.

ENQ = enquiry state (option in the system, but not holding space)
OPT = optional state (option in the system, and holding space) --> add a filter with "probability %"

We are very happy to inform you that we provide the following reservation states:
Pending (Inquiry) – this state shows reservations as “inquired” in the system but it does remove any rooms from your inventory.
Optional – when reservations are created in the optional state they are set and tentative in the system and can be automatically released. Optional reservations will remove rooms from your inventory.
If you would like to know more about the states mentioned above, please contact our customer care team.
We would like to know more about how you envision working with “probability %” and waiting lists. If you have anymore use cases or scenarios for the waiting list, please feel free to share them with us.

Group Allocations: group blocks
Groups configuration We need to have Group blocks i.e. *When we assign a booking code to a group booking, and the clients will reserve the rooms in the IBE, the PMS should understand that the room reserved need to be picked up from the block. Partial look up in search bar
The search function is useful for quickly finding a reservation or customer profile, however with some compound names and or prefixes attached to names of certain nationalities, it makes this function harder to use since partial searching is currently not possible. Expanding this search function could improve this feature to allow searching for any and all parts of a customer's name, making results more accurate and data easier to navigate.

Automatically allocate group reservations to adjacent spaces
"When making group reservations, it is usually important to guests that the group stays together as much as possible. Therefore, as group reservations can sometimes be randomly assigned to spaces, this requires manual reorganization. Added functionality to automatically allocate group reservations to adjacent spaces would eliminate this need for reorganization and improve your guests' experience."

When a secretary or organizer, organize a booking on behalf of someone else, include an additional field for booker on the reservation, so that you could run a reservations report against the bookers.

Display Cancellation Policy in Reservation Module
"If a reservation needs to be canceled, this can easily be done within the reservation module, however, it is not clear which cancellation policy may apply to the reservation at the time of cancellation. For this reason, displaying cancellation policies within the reservation module could help create clarity as it will be clearly visible before and during reservation management."

Move multiple reservations on Timeline
As group reservations often appear together on the Timeline, there is not currently an efficient solution to relocate all of them once. An additional Timeline feature could enable moving all group reservations to another block simultaneously.
