Please go back to show only rooms for 3 or 4 persons if a guest is searching for that.
When we decided to use Mews, a big point was the booking engines features. When searching for a room for 3 or 4 persons, only rooms having 3 or 4 beds where shown for booking.
Without telling anybody about the change, Mews now shows also rooms having pnly two beds and asked the guest to book more rooms. If a family wants to stay at our resort, the want a room/apartment having 3 or 4 beds, not 2 seperated apartments with 2 beds each. So please make it possible to change this. It's confusing for families 2 adults and 2 children to find the correct apartment because also appartments with only 2 bedes are listed.

Hello, we find this very irritatating for the guests as well. When they first enter the date and amount of people (e.g. 3 people) Mews booking engine should only suggest rooms suitable for 3 people. Now it suggest all room types, even single rooms.
Or else it shouldn´t be asking for the amount of people in the beginning and just show all the available rooms for the specific date, so the guest can figure out which room will suit them.
But asking for the amount of poeple and then not considering it in the next step, offering all the rooms seems confusing for guests.
Kind regards from Berlin, Franziska -

This problem even has a more critical problem: when someone wants to book for 1 adult and 2 children, the system offers 2 rooms. This cannot be possible as a child is not allowed to sleep alone. Therefor this problem is critical.
