breakfast report for next morning
would be nice if you could set the interval in the report export scheduled into "next morning", so you do not also see the reservations for the next evening.
Hello Mewsers,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very happy to announce that we have now officially released the digitised version of the breakfast list in Mews.
You can learn more about this functionality on our release notes page.
And view a full demo in link below:

Just an example: Currently it is hard to find out the number of breakfasts sold. This is because the breakfast can be a "Stay product" and a product that gets added via the billing screen.
In order to calculate the total number of breakfasts sold, you need to run two reports:
1. Product report for all "stay product" breakfasts
2. Accounting report for all "billing screen" breakfasts (Mode: Grouped; you cannot use the Excel export because it won't show the "Count". You need to get the "Count" number from within Mews)
Another workaround would be to use the Accounting Report and divide the "Amount" through the price for one breakfast. However, this will only work if the price of the breakfast has not changed. If the price of the breakfast has changed, this won't work properly.
In the Accounting Report, the "Count" is not referring to each breakfast sold. For example ten breakfasts on one bill will count as 1.
Solutions I can think of:
- Change how the "Count" in the accounting report is calculated so that it counts every breakfast.
- Add a column in the Accounting Report which additionally shows the actual count for every breakfast.I think this is a basic functionality and it should not require workarounds.

I am new and have problem to get the report as I know from others PMS
what I miss with Mews is a Report broken down by arrival, departure and staying guests, important for the different departments breakfast service and roommaid.
How other hotels organize that in Mews? Because with the "guest-in-house" report is not divided in arrival, departure and inhouse-guests. Thanks for your feedbacks.
